    5:30 PM – 6:30 PM Yoga for Athletes - Sharon

     7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Yoga Balanced (Vinyasa Flow) -Sharon
         Kaizen Norwell

*The double Sunday classes will be added back in the fall (either Barre Yoga or Yoga Sculpt, followed by Athletes Yoga)

Who We Are! 

All classes include options to make them more or less challenging. Particular attention is paid to alignment to keep you safe throughout your practice/workout. Appropriate modifications are offered. 

Vinyasa Yoga (Yoga Balanced)

Vinyasa is a flow class, options will be provided to make the class more or less challenging. Listen to your body and you do you! Lots of options and modifications are provided so that everyone can participate. 

Barre Yoga Class

Barre yoga is a unique and dynamic class that combines elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates into an all over full body workout. The fusion of disciplines results in a fun class, that creates that muscle burn, we know and love, and then we stretch it out.

Yoga for Athletes

Yoga flow designed specifically for athletes. Lots of options and modifications are provided so that is available to athletes with a wide range of flexibility.
